Secretary

The Secretary’s responsibilities include:

  1. attending and minuting committee meetings.

  2. providing an administrative point of contact between the club and the association

  3. responsible for the currency of all club policies and there storage

  4. working across the club committee to direct queries to the appropriate coordinator

  5. working with the association on annual affiliation, ground bookings and team nominations

  6. preparing for the club’s annual general meeting (October/November)

  7. assisting volunteers with coordination of club events

Effort required (approx hours per week): Pre-season - 1-2 hours. During season - 2 hours
