Equipment Co-ordinator 

The Equipment Co-ordinator’s responsibilities include:

  1. liaising with age-level co-ordinators and coaching co-ordinator to identify new equipment requirements within the club  

  2. researching products and finding suppliers 

  3. purchasing, and taking delivery of, new equipment

  4. oversee distribution of equipment to teams and coaches

  5. co-ordinating an annual equipment inventory 

  6. be the point of contact for reports of broken/faulty equipment and equipment requests

  7. maintaining records of equipment expenses 

Effort required (approx hours per week): 

Pre-season - 1-2 hrs. During season - ad hoc.
