Equipment Co-ordinator
The Equipment Co-ordinator’s responsibilities include:
liaising with age-level co-ordinators and coaching co-ordinator to identify new equipment requirements within the club
researching products and finding suppliers
purchasing, and taking delivery of, new equipment
oversee distribution of equipment to teams and coaches
co-ordinating an annual equipment inventory
be the point of contact for reports of broken/faulty equipment and equipment requests
maintaining records of equipment expenses
Effort required (approx hours per week):
Pre-season - 1-2 hrs. During season - ad hoc.
