Coaching Co-ordinator

The Coaching Co-ordinator’s role and responsibilities include:

1. having overall responsibility for all aspects of the club’s coaching program.

2. sound knowledge of the curriculum and relevant association driven resources.

3. willing to consult with and seek support from the association Technical Director and Community Football Manager/s.

4. liaising with Vision coaches regarding coaching matters.

5. adhering to the coaching policies as determined by the committee and to consider advice given in matters affecting team preparation.

6. being responsible for the overall care of training kit and identifying kit/equipment requirements.

7. reporting missing or damaged equipment to the Committee immediately.

8. acting in accordance with the FNSW Code of Conduct and complying to working with children requirements for coaches of junior teams under the age of 18.
