Club Shop Co-ordinator

The Shop & Kit Co-ordinator’s responsibilities include:

1. liaising with registrar and age-level co-ordinators to identify new kit requirements within the club  

2. researching products and finding suppliers 

3. purchasing, and taking delivery of, new kit

4. co-ordinating distribution of kit to club members, via team managers

5. maintaining the club’s online shop

6. fulfilling orders submitted to the online shop  

7. co-ordinating an annual kit inventory 

8. be the point of contact for kit enquiries

9. maintaining records of kit expenses
