To ensure a smooth process, please complete these steps first:

  • Check Your Age Group: Confirm your eligibility on our MY TEAM page here.

  • Active Kids Vouchers: If eligible for the Family Tax Benefit, apply for your voucher before starting your registration.

  • New Members: You will need to create a Play Football Account HERE to begin.

  • MiniRoos First Training (U6–U11) - Wednesday, 1st April

  • Season Kick-off - 11th/12th April

⚠️ Important Policies

  • Payments: All registrations must be paid online via Mastercard or Visa.

  • Approval: Your registration is not finalized until payment is processed and you receive a confirmation email from the Club Registrar.

  • Conduct: All players, coaches, and spectators are bound by the NTFC Code of Conduct.

Understanding Your Fees

We work hard to keep our registration costs as steady as possible. However, please note that over 70% of your fee goes directly to external governing bodies, including Football NSW, Football Australia and the NSFA.

These essential costs cover:

  • Player Safety: Comprehensive injury insurance.

  • Operations: Team entry fees and council ground/facilities hire.

  • Club Essentials: Training equipment, player uniforms, and referees.

Investing in Quality Coaching

To provide a premium experience, we partner with VISION FOOTBALL. They deliver tailored weekly coaching programs for all our junior teams. While this incurs a higher cost per player, it ensures our players receive professional development and a superior football experience.

⚠️ Critical Insurance Note

All competition-age players (U12+) must be fully registered prior to participating in any formalised preseason trial matches (February – March). Players who are not registered are NOT covered by insurance and will not be permitted to take the field.
