We are committed to keeping football accessible and affordable. While we strive for price stability, fees may be adjusted periodically to account for increases in council facility hire, governing body levies, and professional coaching costs.
Professional Coaching: U6 – U11
To give our youngest players the best start, we partner with Vision Football. Every MiniRoos team (U6–U11) receives a weekly session with a qualified professional coach.
Club Subsidy: The club subsidizes a significant portion of these coaching costs to keep registration fees affordable.
Quality Standard: This ensures high-quality development that goes beyond standard volunteer-led sessions.
Junior Development League (JDL)
Fees for the Junior Development League are managed separately. These are communicated directly to families of players offered a position with our partner pathway club, Ku-ring-gai Phoenix FC.

To ensure all players are covered by insurance and eligible for competition, we enforce a strict "No Pay, No Play" policy.
Key Deadlines
Payment Due: At the time of registration.
Cut-off: Fees must be settled prior to the season commencement or the first game.
Registration Status
Please note that you are not considered a registered player until:
Your full payment has been received.
Your registration has been formally approved by our Club Registrar.
Consequences of Unregistered Play
Allowing an unregistered player on the field carries serious risks for both the individual and the club:
No Insurance: Unregistered players are not covered by player insurance.
Match Forfeit: Any team fielding an unregistered player will automatically forfeit the game.
Loss of Points: For competition teams, this results in a mandatory loss of ladder points and financial penalty.
FEE REFUND POLICY
We understand that circumstances change. However, as the club incurs fixed costs from the NSFA and governing bodies early in the season, we adhere to the following refund schedule:
Refund Schedule
Prior to Round 1: Full Refund (minus credit card processing fees).
After Round 1: 50% Refund of the registration fee.
After Round 4: No Refunds will be issued. At this stage, the Club has already been charged non-refundable player fees by governing bodies.
Important Conditions
Family Discounts: If a player is part of a family that received a discount, the refund will be calculated as the difference between the total paid and the revised amount due for the remaining registered family members.
Team Formation: We reserve the right to deny refund requests once teams have been formed or the season has commenced.
Exceptions: Individual requests for exceptions must be submitted to the Registrar with supporting documentation. All exceptions and final refund amounts are at the sole discretion of the Registrar.

Note on Payment Method: The club cannot refund directly to credit cards. All refunds are issued via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Please include the following details in your email:

SAVE $50 with ACTIVE KIDS
Is your child of school age? If you receive the Family Tax Benefit, you could be eligible for a $50 Active Kids Voucher to put toward your registration fees.
Step 1: Apply for your voucher through Service NSW.
Step 2: Enter your unique voucher number when prompted during our online registration.
Financial Support
We believe everyone should have the chance to play football. If you are experiencing financial hardship, please reach out to our Registrar at NTFCregistrar@gmail.com. We have processes in place to support our players and will do our best to get you on the field.
FAMILY DISCOUNT (3+ Players)
North Turramurra FC (NTFC) loves seeing the whole family on the pitch! To support our footballing families, we offer a 10% registration discount when three or more family members sign up for the season.
Eligibility
Who: Applies to both Junior and Senior players.
Requirement: Must be direct family members (any age) residing at the same address.
Exclusion: This discount does not apply to players selected for Ku-ring-gai Phoenix.
How the Discount is Calculated
The 10% discount is calculated based on the total season fees paid by the family. To keep things simple:
We calculate 10% of the combined registration fees.
The final discount amount is rounded down to the nearest $5.00.
This total is then reimbursed to the family.
How to Claim Your Discount
Because the Play Football registration system cannot process family discounts automatically, you’ll need to claim your rebate manually:
Step 1: Complete your registrations and pay the full fees via Play Football.
Step 2: Email the Club Registrar at ntfcregistrar@gmail.com.
Step 3: Include the full names and age groups of all family members registered.
Note: Discount reimbursements are processed and paid out after the completion of Round 5.
PLAYER REBATES: Coaching & Refereeing
At NTFC, we value the members who go the extra mile to support our club and the game. To say thank you, we offer several fee rebate opportunities in addition to our standard Family Discount.
Referee Rebates
New Referees: Complete your qualification and we will reimburse your NSFA fee. To claim, simply email your proof of qualification to the Club Secretary at NTFCclubsecretary@gmail.com.
Club Competition Referees: If you nominate as a referee for club competition ages, you are eligible for an NSFA fee rebate.
Requirement: You must officiate at least three (3) games during the current season.
Evidence: Please provide a screenshot from Dribl as proof of matches officiated.
Coaching Rebates
Player-Coaches: Senior Men’s and Women’s players who volunteer to coach a Youth Competition team are eligible for a FULL rebate of their registration fees at the end of the season.
Terms & Conditions
To ensure a fair and smooth process, the following conditions apply:
Payment Status - Rebates are only available to players who have paid their registration in full prior to Round
Eligibility - Coaching rebates do not apply if the player has a child playing in the team they are coaching.
Rebate Cap - The maximum rebate per player is capped at the total registration fee paid.
Timing - All rebates are processed and paid out at the conclusion of the season.
Example: If an All-Age player pays $500 to register, then coaches a Junior team and qualifies as a referee in the same season, their total reimbursement will be capped at $500.
