NTFC Positions VACANT

1 x CLUB SECRETARY (COMMITTEE ROLE)

Responsible for administrative activities that pertain to the clubs operation:

·       Working with the President to maintain currency of documentation, policies and committee activities

·       Working as the Club’s interface with the local association to distribute requests to the relevant club rep

·       Supporting our Junior, Senior and Female Football coordinators as required

·       Responding to any requests that may come through the clubs website

·       Time/Effort Required - Consistent through the pre/regular season with particular focus on back office

1 x Communications Coordinator (NON COMMITTEE ROLE - Regular)

Responsible for communicating information to members throughout the season via the below platforms:

·       E-newsletter – NTFC uses Mailchimp to produce a fortnightly newsletter with a round-up of pictures sent in from various teams, sponsor content and important updates/events relevant to our members

·       Social Media – NTFC uses both Facebook and Instagram to share and communicate information throughout the regular season to its members

·       Time/Effort Required - Consistent through the pre/regular season with focus on back office tools/messaging and no attendance requirement at training
