MINIROOS MIXED (Boys & Girls) | Ages 4 – 11

At North Turramurra FC, our MiniRoos program is all about falling in love with the game. We provide a non-competitive, inclusive environment where boys and girls can build confidence, learn new skills, and play alongside their friends.

Our Vision Coaches are the heart of the program—you’ll always find them on the sidelines encouraging, supporting, and cheering on every player to ensure a positive experience for every child.

How the Game Grows With Your Child

MiniRoos uses "Small-Sided Games" with modified fields and rules. As players grow, the challenges evolve, gradually preparing them for the full 11v11 version of the sport from Under 12s.

Age Group Format

• U6 & U7 run Parallel Games 4 vs 4 (no goal keeper)

• U8 & U9 are Small-Sided 7 vs 7 (including goal keeper)

• U10 & U11 are Small-Sided 9 vs 9 (including goal keeper)

Every match is facilitated by a Game Leader, whose role is to keep the game flowing, explain the basic rules, and make sure everyone is having a great time.

Training & Match Days

We know family schedules are busy, so we keep our commitment straightforward:

  • Mixed Teams (Boys & Girls): Saturday mornings.

  • Girls Only Teams: Sunday mornings
