The Magpies are turning 60 and we're celebrating!
WHEN: Saturday 5 August, 2017, 11am - 2pm
WHERE: Samuel King Oval, Bobbin Head Rd, North Turramurra
WHAT: A party! with trick star freestyle performances, live music, dartball soccer, a bouncing castle, obstacle course, sausage sizzle and food trucks, and cake stall, as well as an Over 35s exhibition match and a special guest appearances by NTFC legends and Ku-ring-gai mayor, Jennifer Anderson.
WHO: Everyone is welcome - NTFC players, families and the local community. Come one, come all.
CAKE STALL
Calling all bakers! We need you to whip up some baked delicacies for sale at the cake stall.
What to Do:
1. Decide to do it and let Deb know on 0421 775 924 or debrapittamcoaching@gmail.com
2. Choose your contribution e.g. iced cake, slab cake, slices, cupcakes, cookies…
3. Depending on your choice of yumminess follow one of the following sets of instructions:
· For iced cakes, slab cakes, slices please place on a paper plate and package in cellophane with a list of ingredients (we will supply ribbon to decorate)
· For cookies please put in cellophane bags – 4 per bag with a list of ingredients
· For cupcakes we will sell singly so no packaging required but please include ingredients.
Please bring to the cake stall at Samuel King Oval on 5th August between 9am and 12pm to be gratefully received.
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
We need volunteers to help out on the day with setup, stalls and activities. If you can help please email Nicola Scudamore - nicky_scudamore@hotmail.com, by 28 July.
